Abstract

This is a good turn of events since, as a result of the suggestion made by Justice Verma's Committee, several historic law amendments have been implemented to safeguard women and children from all sorts of exploitation, sexual assault, and physical abuse. The topic of "juvenile delinquency" has been given a considerable amount of attention in the talks over the country's criminal legislation. The Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2000 was passed into law to protect the rights of children and outlines the procedures that must be followed in the event that a child is in legal difficulty. This act was created in the year 2000. The rights of children and teenagers were given an additional layer of protection with the passage of this legislation. The regulations that regulate minors are driven by a concern for both the individual and the national destiny of those under the age of 18. Young people have a number of essential roles to play in society, including safeguarding humanity's existence and ensuring the nation's continued existence.
