Youth movements have historically been at the forefront of driving social change, serving as catalysts for progress in political, social, and cultural domains. This study examines the dynamic role of youth in challenging systemic inequalities, advocating for justice, and shaping societal transformation. Characterized by their idealism, energy, and willingness to challenge entrenched norms, youth movements have significantly influenced critical historical events and contemporary issues. From the French Revolution to the Indian independence movement, youth have consistently played a pivotal role in dismantling oppressive structures and championing freedom. The 20th century witnessed youth at the helm of civil rights struggles, anti-war protests, and decolonization movements globally. Notable examples include the U.S. Civil Rights Movement, where students organized sit-ins and marches, and the Vietnam War protests, which mobilized young people to challenge military intervention.
