Abstract

This research paper explores the alarming rates of crimes against women in Rajasthan, a state in India known for its rich cultural heritage and complex socio-economic fabric. Through a comprehensive analysis of crime statistics, case studies, and socio-cultural factors, this study aims to shed light on the nature and extent of gender-based violence in the region. Utilizing both qualitative and quantitative data, this paper identifies the underlying causes of such crimes and evaluates the effectiveness of existing interventions. The findings underscore the need for targeted policy reforms and enhanced support systems for women.
