This study explores the synergistic effects of yogic practices and balanced nutrition on athletic performance. Traditional athletic training methods often emphasize physical conditioning and skill development, but this research highlights the importance of integrating mental, physical, and nutritional strategies for holistic improvement. Through a comprehensive review of existing literature and theoretical analysis, this paper examines how yoga enhances flexibility, strength, and mental focus, while balanced nutrition optimizes energy levels, recovery, and injury prevention. The findings suggest that combining these two elements offers a superior approach to athletic training, leading to enhanced performance, reduced injury risk, and improved overall well-being.
