This document, which covers a wide range of topics, summarises the various uses of moringa in agriculture, medical, nutrition, and environmental sustainability. The review digs into the rich composition of important vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and amino acids found in moringa, highlighting its nutritional powerhouse status and placing it as an invaluable source of nourishment—especially in areas where malnutrition is a problem.
