Technology known as artificial intelligence (AI) gives robots the ability to reason, comprehend, and carry out jobs that have historically been completed by people. AI has developed rapidly over the last ten years and is already assisting IT organizations in making quicker, more informed decisions. This is also true in the human resources sector, where recruiters have embraced AI technologies to expedite the hiring process and boost overall effectiveness of the recruitment and selection process. AI technologies present a number of options to improve HR operations. The influence and potential of artificial intelligence on human resources are further examined in this study.
