The prompt development in industrial growth together with the population explosion is increasing the pressure on the agricultural production methods to improve the yield of the crops leading the farmers to cultivate the crops by using inorganic fertilizers and pesticides. Organic food products do not containing genetically modified materials, to reach sustainable agriculture system. In Tamil Nadu, there is a growing organic food market. The shoppers are very much aware of their wellbeing. They believe that organic food is chemical-free, safe, and of high quality for consumption. The structured Questionnaire is prepared and samples are collected from the 384 respondents of the consumer of organic products in Chennai city.
