Abstract

The term "management education" refers to the programs that colleges and universities have historically offered that are aimed at helping students acquire a wide variety of managerial competencies. The growth of emerging economies has created a wealth of opportunities for the world. As a result, new opportunities for management education are emerging. Using a variety of management tools in management education can play a significant role in its continued existence. With the emergence of several new businesses worldwide, management education is becoming increasingly important. The success of management education is enhanced and demonstrated by the learning, performance, and talent management initiatives. Young aspirants who have management education are more equipped to handle the different organizational issues.
