Abstract

Dr. B.R. Ambedkar’s strategies for empowering marginalized groups were rooted in the mantra to Educate, Agitate, and Organize. His multidimensional approach combined radical social reform, constitutional safeguards, economic justice, and ethical resistance to dismantle systemic inequalities and establish an egalitarian society. Ambedkar viewed education as the most potent weapon for social mobility and enlightenment. He believed that the marginalized must have a direct voice in governance to secure their rights and prevent tyranny by the majority. As the chief architect of the Indian Constitution, Ambedkar laid the bedrock for a just democratic framework. Ambedkar recognized that social exclusion is closely tied to economic marginalization.
