Abstract

Effective leadership plays a critical role in shaping decision-making processes and organizational performance in the corporate sector. This study explores the impact of various leadership stylestransformational, transactional, democratic, and autocraticon corporate decision-making effectiveness and overall productivity. The findings indicate that transformational and democratic leadership significantly enhance decision-making quality and organizational success by fostering innovation, employee engagement, and strategic adaptability. While transactional leadership contributes to efficiency and goal-oriented performance, autocratic leadership negatively affects productivity by limiting creativity and employee autonomy. The study highlights the importance of adopting a balanced, adaptive leadership approach to maximize corporate growth and sustainability. Organizations should integrate leadership training programs, participative decision-making frameworks, and mentorship initiatives to cultivate effective leadership practices.
