A GUIDE TO CONDUCTING BIBLIOMETRIC ANALYSIS: LESSONS FROM THE INTERSECTION OF CSR AND PROFITABILITY
Abstract
This study utilizes a bibliometric approach to examine the literature on the relationship between Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and profitability. By analyzing 92 key articles from the Scopus database, it identifies the field's structure using citations and maps emerging trends with VOS viewer software. The research enhances our understanding of how CSR influences profitability, providing insights into the field's current state. These findings guide future research and underscore the significance of integrating CSR into business strategies for sustainable financial success, recognizing its potential impact on both societal and financial outcomes.
