Optimizing Talent: Exploring the Influence of Recruitment Process Outsourcing on Employee Performance in Nagpur's Banking Sector
Abstract
The effect of Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) on productivity in the banking industry in Nagpur is the focus of this study. There is a pressing need to optimise recruiting procedures in the banking business due to the rising level of competition and the need for specialised expertise. The purpose of this research is to determine if and to what extent RPO (recruitment process outsourcing) affects key performance indicators including employee happiness, retention rates, and productivity on the job. This study offers a thorough examination of RPO's efficacy using a mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative data from performance records with qualitative insights from employee and management interviews. According to the results, staff performance at banks that use RPO services is much higher. A more streamlined recruiting process, improved skill-to-job fit, and higher quality staff are all outcomes of RPO in action. The report also stresses the need of banks and RPO providers working together strategically for the best outcomes. If banks in Nagpur want to get an advantage over their competitors via better personnel management, RPO might be a good technique to use, according to these results. We recommend more studies to investigate the possible scalability of RPO in other areas and industries, as well as its long-term effects.
