Abstract

The success of service sector enterprises depends on effective internal communication, which impacts employee happiness, engagement, and overall organisational performance. Examining how service sector organisations in Nagpur city communicate internally and how it affects their EVP is the focus of this research. The purpose of this study is to determine what aspects of internal communication lead to a strong EVP by using a mixed-methods approach. This technique includes surveys and interviews with management and workers from different service sectors. Transparent, timely, and multi-channel communication greatly improves workers' impression of the EVP, according to the studies. A strong feeling of community, well-defined objectives, and complementary responsibilities are the results of well-coordinated internal communication. The research also shows that leadership communication, feedback systems, and technology tools all play a part in making internal communication what it is today. Companies in the service industry would do well to make strategic internal communication frameworks that encourage ongoing two-way debate and feedback a top priority. Better organisational performance, lower turnover rates, and happier employees are all possible outcomes. This study adds to our knowledge of the dynamics of service industry internal communication and provides useful insights that companies in Nagpur and elsewhere can use to fortify their enterprise value proposition (EVP) via better communication.
