In relation to urban marginalised populations, this article investigates the relationship between political subjectivity, participation, and welfare programmes. Due to structural disparities and socioeconomic disadvantages, the urban poor often encounter major obstacles while trying to receive social programmes and participate in politics. Comprehending the intricate correlation among these variables is crucial in formulating efficacious state policies that advance political inclusiveness and social fairness.
