Abstract

Abstract This research builds on the Affective Events Theory proposed by Weiss and Cropanzano (1996) to examine how Emotional and Social Intelligence influences the relationship between Organizational Change and perceptions of Organizational Justice. We aim to understand how employees' reactions to change affect their sense of fairness within the organization and how Emotional and Social Intelligence might explain this connection. This research enhances our understanding of how emotional intelligence impacts reactions to organizational change and underscores the significance of employees’ perceptions of justice in shaping their responses to change initiatives.
