Abstract

This study examines the HR policies and their implementation at Hetro Drugs, focusing on how these policies impact organizational performance and employee satisfaction. The research evaluates key HR functions such as recruitment, training, performance appraisal, and employee welfare programs. The study also explores the alignment of HR policies with the company's strategic objectives and regulatory compliance. Through a mixed-method approach, including surveys and interviews, the study identifies strengths, challenges, and areas for improvement in HR practices. Findings reveal the importance of effective policy implementation in fostering a positive work environment, reducing attrition, and enhancing productivity.
