A METHODICAL REVIEW ON ROLE OF YOGA FOR ALLEVIATING CHILDREN STRESS AND DEPRESSION
Abstract
The prevalence of psychological issues in kids and adolescents is a growing concern for primary doctors. The present article compiles and examines the findings from twelve studies on the subject of yoga's impact on children's psychological well-being. For this objective, many databases were accessed, including Google Scholar, Science Direct, PubMed, and Web of Science. Despite technical difficulties such as small numbers of participants along with a lack of information on treatments, the research supporting yoga therapy for children is positive. As the current study has shown, yoga treatments have the potential to be used in schools to help with mental health concerns including depression and stress.
