Abstract

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is a well-established concept. In its early days, only a select few companies engaged in initiatives aimed at improving community welfare, driven by the belief that every stakeholder plays a vital role in a business’s success. When organizations effectively address stakeholder needs, they lay the foundation for sustainable growth. This paper examines how CSR initiatives contribute to the economic development of society.
