Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine how students in the Bilaspur Division's higher education system influences their aspirations for and actions in the entrepreneurial realm. Given the importance of education in developing entrepreneurial attitudes, this study looks at the ways in which academic settings, extracurricular activities, institutional support, and curricular and curricular activities all work together to encourage students to think like entrepreneurs. To provide a thorough examination of student perspectives and motives, a mixed-methods strategy was used, integrating quantitative surveys with qualitative interviews. There is a strong relationship between exposure to higher education and an entrepreneurial tendency, with variations according to academic field and institutional assistance. For a better understanding of how schools might encourage entrepreneurial spirit, the research also determines what variables have a positive or negative impact on students' propensity to engage in entrepreneurial activities. Cultivating a healthy business environment in the Bilaspur Division requires focused interventions and curricular upgrades, according to these results. This study lays the groundwork for more research on entrepreneurial education and adds to the larger conversation on the function of schools in fostering economic growth.
