"EVOLVING LEGAL FRAMEWORKS FOR COMBATTING CHILD LABOR: COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS AND FUTURE DIRECTIONS."
Abstract
This research paper examines the evolving legal frameworks for combatting child labor across different jurisdictions. Through a comparative analysis, it explores how various countries have developed and implemented laws to address child labor, assessing their effectiveness and identifying best practices. The study also discusses future directions for legal reforms and policy improvements to better protect children. The findings indicate that while progress has been made, there are significant disparities in legal frameworks and enforcement mechanisms. Recommendations are provided for enhancing international cooperation and strengthening national laws to achieve more comprehensive child labor eradication.
