An Empirical study: The Effect of Youth Entrepreneurial New Mode of Spirit on Nurturing Entrepreneurial Values and Ability for Innovative Start-up in UP's Emerging Economy

Abstract

Purpose – The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact that a spirit of entrepreneurship has on the development of entrepreneurial values as well as abilities among young people in developing economies, with a particular emphasis on innovative and start-up. Design/methodology/approach – In order to assess the configurations of innovative entrepreneurship spirit, entrepreneurial risk, entrepreneurial ethics, entrepreneurial values, and entrepreneurial competency among young people, a questionnaire employing a structured design was utilized for sample collection of 504 students. Findings – The findings indicate that among college students, there is a strong belief in the significance of entrepreneurship for personal growth, as evidenced by the highest average score. Highest impact of entrepreneurial spirit towards innovative start-up among the youth was R2 change = 0.094 means 94% of entrepreneurial Risks (ER). From a perspective of entrepreneurial ethics, the law is seen as of utmost importance in the realm of entrepreneurship. Research limitations/implications – This study demonstrated the necessity for alignment between the theory, methodologies, and context of entrepreneurship studies. However, the results emphasized the significance of giving greater consideration to the constantly evolving characteristics of start-up activities. A limitation is the scarcity of newly available regions with extensive quantifiable data. Originality/value – The research is one of the few recent attempts that has been made to get a better understanding of the connection that exists between innovation and entrepreneurship in the setting of developing economies.
