CREDIT CARD FRAUD ANALYSIS USING PREDICTIVE MODELING

Abstract

This project focuses on developing an effective system for detecting fraudulent transactions within the realm of credit card usage. With the increasing reliance on internet technology, credit card transactions have seen a significant surge, but unfortunately, so has the incidence of credit card fraud. This poses substantial risks across various sectors, including government, corporate organizations, and the finance industry.To address this challenge, the project leverages advanced computational methodologies tailored for credit card fraud detection. Although numerous fraud detection solutions and software exist, there's a continuous need for innovation to stay ahead of evolving fraudulent tactics.
