EMPLOYEE PERCEPTION OF HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT IN MSMES OF GUJARAT

Abstract

Human resource development in any organization throughout the world is significant as the role of HRM in managing employees within the organization is crucial. This study aims to investigate the HRM and employee perception of Gujarat MSMEs. The study uses data gathered from surveys conducted on 50 owners of Gujarat MSMEs. The results stated that advancement in the employee management and skills development is significant for growth and development of MSMEs in Gujarat. It can be concluded from the study that the MSMEs need to focus on their employee training and skill development for better performance of the organization.
