Abstract

Abstract: Food processing is an essential industry that has embraced modern technology to improve production efficiency, food safety, and overall product quality. Machine learning (ML), a subset of artificial intelligence (AI), plays a pivotal role in enhancing various processes within food production, including sorting, quality control, predictive maintenance, and optimization of production schedules. This paper explores the application of machine learning techniques in the food processing industry, focusing on real-time monitoring, automation, and ensuring product consistency. Additionally, the potential for future advancements and the impact of machine learning on sustainability and resource management in the food sector is discussed.
