STUDY OF PHYSICO-CHEMICAL PARAMETERS OF ALISAGAR RESERVOIR FROM NIZAMABAD DISTRICT (T.S.) INDIA

Abstract

An attempt has been made to study the Physico-chemical parameters of water of Alisagar Reservoir at Nizamabad District (T.S.) India. The time period of study was July 2020 to December 2021. four water samples were selected from different sites in each month for study. The parameters studies were Water temperature, pH, Conductivity, Dissolved Oxygen, Alkalinity, Sulphate, Phosphate, Chlorides and Total hardness. Almost all the parameters were found below the tolerance limit. This study aimed at assessing the water quality of Alisagar Reservoir from Nizamabad District (T.S.) India.
