Evaluation of Kushmand Khand and Ashwagandha Rasayan in Lowering down the Morbidity Pattern in Children

Abstract

A child who enjoys a better state of health during childhood will become a healthy adult. About 5 million children die every year in childhood due to contagious diseases due to lack of immunity. Therefore there is need to develop such a therapy which can prevent the occurrence of disease and enhance the immunity. Keeping these in mind the present study “A Comparative Clinical Study to Evaluate the Immunomodulatory Effect of Kushmand Khand and Ashwagandha Rasayan in Lowering down the Morbidity Pattern in Children” was designed. Study was done in three groups with 15 patients in each. Both group with research drugs shows marked improvement whereas group with no drug shows no improvement.
