Abstract

ABSTRACT This article aims to explore the dynamic IT industry in Hyderabad, India, with a focus on ERP system implementation, integrated business process analysis, and the main factors affecting the efficiency of corporate operations. The primary goal of this study is to achieve operational excellence by analyzing the possibilities and difficulties faced by the IT industry inside this rapidly evolving technological hub. This study compares and contrasts several enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and their effects on business productivity in an effort to assist IT organizations in Hyderabad in understanding how to enhance their operational operations. Several aspects will be investigated, including the use of administrative tactics and technological improvements. Experts in the field and those making decisions could find this useful. This article aims to provide noteworthy insights to both academics and business communities via the use of empirical research and case studies.
