Attributed to many clinical, nutritional, and environmental elements, infertility is a growing concern among women of reproductive age. Food-based bioactive chemicals known as nutraceuticals have been identified as possibly helping to improve reproductive health. With an eye towards their effects on hormonal balance, ovarian function, and general reproductive wellness, this study seeks to evaluate the awareness, use, and impact of nutraceuticals among unmarried women. Two hundred individuals answered a standardised survey to examine their eating patterns, reproductive health issues, and interactions with nutraceuticals. Although 65% of respondents knew about nutraceuticals, only 40% actually used them; a notable link between nutraceutical intake and better menstrual regularity is shown. The results imply that a preventive action against infertility could be raising knowledge of nutraceuticals and their availability.
